NEUCHATEL, Switzerland (AFX) - Retail sales in Switzerland increased a nominal 3.7 pct but decreased a real 0.5 pct in February from the year earlier, the Federal Statistics Office said. In January retail sales rose a real 6.1 pct from the year earlier, the office said.
