Washington, May 31 (BridgeNews) - New claims for U.S. state unemployment insurance benefits rose 8,000 to 419,000 during the week ended Saturday, the Labor Department said Thursday, above the 400,000 estimate of analysts. However, the 4-week moving average fell 1,500 to 402,500.
