LONDON (AFX) - UK April final M4 money supply was up 0.3 pct on a seasonally adjusted basis from the previous month leaving it 7.9 pct higher than in the same month a year earlier, the Bank of England said.
The final figures were unchanged from provisional estimates which showed M4 up 0.3 pct on the month and 7.9 pct year-on-year.
Final M4 lending rose 1.4 bln stg in April -- equivalent to a 0.1 pct increase on the month and a 9.7 pct year-on-year rise -- following an unrevised 10.5 pct rise the month before.
