Chicago, April 4 (BridgeNews) - Chicago Federal Reserve President Michael Moskow said the U.S. economy was at an "important juncture" and the outlook for This year was "even more uncertain than usual." He expressed optimism for a Second-half recovery, with lower long-term interest rates sparking some Consumer spending and lower energy prices reducing business costs.
