TOKYO, April 25 - Japan's domestic vehicle production fell5.8 percent in March from a year earlier to 960,260 vehicles, the JapanAutomobile Manufacturers Association said on Wednesday. The association said it expected exports in March to have fallen slightlyfrom a year earlier. Official export figures will be announced onThursday. Japan's domestic vehicle production in the year to March totalled10,044,293 units, up 1.2 percent from a year earlier, it said. The association said it expected vehicle exports in 2000/01 to have risenslightly from a year earlier.
