London, April 23 (BridgeNews) - The U.K. recorded a 2.646 billion sterling trade gap with non-EU countries in March, slightly worse than forecasts for a deficit of around 2.3 billion sterling, according to figures published by the Office for National Statistics. The February whole world goods trade gap was 2.285 billion sterling, roughly in line with forecasts. The ONS said the trend in the U.K.'s goods trade deficit was still widening.
