Tokyo, April 2 (BridgeNews) - Japan's nonfarm payroll salary averaged 284,272 yen in February, down 0.2% from a year earlier, after a revised 1.3% rise in January, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare announced. Also, year-end bonus payments for 2000 averaged at 471,809 yen, down 1.3% on year, declining for the consecutive four years, the Ministry said. Year-end bonus payments for 1999 were down 3.1% on year.
