Tokyo, March 7 (BridgeNews) - Japan's index of leading indicators, which shows economic conditions two to six months ahead, stood at 57.1 in January, compared with 50.0 in December, the Economic and Social Research Institute at the Cabinet Office said. The index of coincident indicators, which roughly shows current economic conditions, stood at 71.4 in January, compared with 80.0 in December.
