The purchasing managers index for the eurozone fell in Februaryfor the 10th month running to its lowest level since May 1999, indicatingthat the pace of manufacturing activity continues to slow. The seasonallyadjusted PMI manufacturing activity index fell to 52.3 in February from52.9 in January. The prices index fell to 55.8 from 59.0. This was thelowest reading since July 1999.
