Frankfurt--Feb. 13--German 2000 retail sales rose a real 1.3% on the year and were up 2.5% in nominal price terms, the Federal Statistics Office said Tuesday. In December, retail sales were down 0.5% compared with November and were down 1.8% on the year in real terms, the office said, and were down 0.8% on the month and down 2.9% on the year in nominal price terms.
