MADRID (AFX) - Unemployment fell to 13.61 pct in the fourth quarter from 13.72 pct in the third, and was down from 15.43 pct a year earlier, according to the National Statistics Institute's survey of the active population. INE said the number of jobless fell by 22,400 or 0.96 pct to 2.301 mln people in the fourth quarter from the third and declined by 260,200 or 10.16 pct from a year earlier.
