BRUSSELS (AFX) - The Euro zone's business climate indicator rose in December to 1.24 from 1.21 in November, and from 0.69 a year earlier, the European Commission said. This is among the highest values since winter 1995, it said. It is consistent with a quite high growth rate in industrial production, still hovering at an annual rate of around 5 pct, well above its 1986-2000 average, it said. It added the high level of the indicator points to "still very good spirits" in Euro zone industrial companies.
