By BridgeNews London--Jan. 8--December U.K. seasonally adjusted narrow M0 money supply rose an unrevised 1.5% on the month and 4.8% on the year, the Bank of England said Monday. The Bank said the big drop in the annual rate, from 7.2% in November, was explained by the exceptional increase in supply at the same time last year in anticipation of Millennial disruptions. It said Y2K preparations accounted for about 3.2 percentage points of the fall.
