Hamburg--Jan. 3--The euro has now achieved a turnaround on currency markets and will achieve or exceed parity with the U.S. dollar in 2001, said Hans-Eckart Scharrer, vice president of Hamburg-based economics institute HWWA. "The euro may move between $1 and $1.10 (this year)," he said in an interview with newspaper Hamburger Abendblatt Wednesday.
