EICHEL, FABIUS SEE EURO RISING HIGHER The euro will continue rising against the dollar, boosted bythe US downturn and the euro-zone's favourableperformance, French Finance Minister Laurent Fabius andGerman Finance Minister Hans Eichel argued in jointarticles in the Handelsblatt and Le Monde newspapers.Financial markets are "finally taking notice of the strongfundamentals in the euro area" and this will enable "theeuro to fully realise its upward potential."
